We strive to pair quality landscapes and quality service, alongside competitive market pricing. We believe that you shouldn’t have to break the bank to look after or transform your outdoors.

I only need my garden maintained, is that job too small for you?

No, not at all. We pride ourselves on high quality landscaping, no matter the size of the job. Even if you only wish for your garden to be looked after as part of a maintenance package, we would love for you to get in touch.

How long have you been in business?

Willow & Stone Landscaping was established in 2025, after founder, Glenn Johnston, wanted to take his passion for quality landscaping directly to you, the homeowner. Want the quality outdoors without the hassle and stress? Relax and let us take care of your outdoors, so you don’t have to.

Are you insured?

We hold full public liability insurance and uphold all our work to the latest building and construction guidelines and standards.

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes, we offer free estimates across all of our services, from garden maintenance up to custom landscaping installation.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Our services are provided as agreed in your quote and confirmed booking. We strive for quality and professionalism but weather and other factors may affect scheduling.

A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking, payable within 7 days of quote acceptance. Final payments are due within 7 days of project completion.

For cancellations, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees. Late cancellations may incur a charge of 25% of your booking cost.

Can you help design my landscape?

Our strength lies in delivering high quality landscapes at costs that don’t break the bank. We keep costs down by sticking to what we do best, installing custom landscapes as requested by you or your designer/architect. We would be happy to work with you once you have your plan, to collaborate on the next steps.

Can I choose the plants and materials you use?

Usually, clients trust us to source the best high quality materials, at prices that don’t balloon your costs. If you have something specific in mind, we would love to work with you to bring your idea to life.

Do you work through winter months?

Rain or shine, Willow & Stone Landscaping deliver high quality landscapes all year round. Just because it’s cold outside, doesn’t mean your outdoors should suffer as a result. We have over 40 years of trusted experience, working on projects all year round. Your outdoors won’t be in safer hands during those chilly winter months.

How is pricing determined?

We determine pricing, based off of your budget. Higher quality materials come at a higher price. We scale our pricing based off of your budget, making sure you get the outdoors you want, at a price that won’t leave you shocked.

We don’t do hidden costs and we don’t do shoddy jobs. We understand that recommended business comes from quality craftsmanship and quality service.

How do I make payment?

All payments are made by BACS bank transfer to our Willow & Stone Landscaping bank account.

Do you guarantee your work?

All of our larger scale work is guaranteed for five years. We pride ourselves on high quality landscapes, high quality craftsmanship and high quality service. For you, the invested homeowner.

Do I need to be home whilst you’re completing your work?

Not at all. We are happy to do what works for you, with however comfortable you feel. Hopefully after you’ve met us a few times, you will see that we care about landscapes but also care about you, the homeowner. Ultimately, we treat others how we would want to be treated as a homeowner.

Do you work with landlords or property management companies?

Our passion is coupling high quality landscapes with high quality service. If you are a landlord or part of a property management company, we would love to chat you about supporting you with looking after your properties.

Do you remove old landscaping or hardscaping?

Usually this is something that we do not do, to help keep our costs down, for you, the homeowner. If this is something you would like doing, we can facilitate this for a fee.
